It amused me greatly that the Portal (and HL) universe would be recreated in a game by another developer, and this surprise greeted me at the end.(Spoilers?)They end up replacing GLaDOS' core with that of the Space Core. Then, the player enters a room that GLaDOS was peeking in at the beginning of the fight intro cutscene, and when you go in the room, there is a return portal to whatever hub the game works with.But I loved this attention to detail.This story, however, is not canon, as it was written by the game's developers, and not Valve.I still thought it was amusing enough to post here, though.
